KMCA is a partner with the State of Kansas and is the Topeka location to receive IRP and CMV Tags.
Hours of Operation for our walk in service are Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

- CMV Tags
- Replacement Plate and Cab Card
- Transferring a Plate
- Amending a Vehicle
- Renewal (December 1 - March 1)
