Refuel for the Road Ahead: REGISTRATION OPENWHY ATTENDThis September, Bob Costello comes to Kansas — and KMCA turns 90.
AGENDAEvery session, speaker, and event — in one place: This includes TREDS Train-the-Trainer: Distracted Driving Training Friday, September 11 | 10:00–11:30 a.m. | Manhattan, KS Available for all convention registrants and members, even if they aren't attending the convention. TREDS (Transportation Research and Education for Driving Safety, UC San Diego) develops research-based driving safety curriculum used across the commercial motor vehicle industry. Attendees will be trained to deliver this curriculum directly to their own drivers, safety staff, or new hires — no need to build a program from scratch or hire an outside facilitator. It's a practical, no-cost way to strengthen your safety culture and potentially your bottom line. Fleets with active driver-safety training programs frequently see lower insurance premiums as a result. This may help your rates; check with your insurance provider. Registration is required.
